Email your order confirmation and a screenshot of the updated price to support@yumescooter.com.
Receive Your Refund
Once approved, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method within about 7–10 business days.
Eligibility & Terms
- Eligible orders
- Eligible YUME electric scooters purchased directly on eu.yumescooter.com between October 14 and November 30, 2026. Parts and accessories are not included.
- Price compared
- Only the price displayed on the matching product page on eu.yumescooter.com. Prices in ads, on other websites, from authorized dealers, or on third-party marketplaces do not qualify.
- Same product
- The lower price must be for the identical model and configuration (battery capacity, color, and bundle).
- Claim window
- Submit your request any time during the promotion period, up to November 30, 2026. Orders placed on November 30, 2026 may submit within 14 calendar days of the order date.
- How to claim
- Email support@yumescooter.com with (1) your order number or order confirmation screenshot and (2) a screenshot of the lower price on eu.yumescooter.com, showing the date.
- Refund
- Approved differences are refunded to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days. For Klarna or other pay-later orders, the adjustment is applied to your payment plan.
- Limits
- One adjustment per order line. Returned or cancelled orders are not eligible. Price differences caused by coupon codes, free gifts, or bundle offers do not qualify.
- Verification
- All requests are reviewed and verified by YUME Scooters. YUME reserves the right to make the final determination on eligibility.
