XTRON is engineered for both. The DSS™ dual-stem stability system, 130 mm adjustable hydraulic suspension, 205 mm of ground clearance, and 11 × 3.95-inch tubeless tires let it handle paved roads, gravel, dirt, and packed off-road trails with confidence.
Because the suspension is rider-adjustable, you can soften it for long city commutes or firm it up for rough terrain without changing any hardware.
Under typical riding conditions, the Samsung 60V 33Ah battery delivers approximately 115 km (71 mi) on a single charge. Sustained high-speed riding, steep climbs, heavy loads, and cold weather will all reduce that figure.
Two 2A chargers are included and charge the pack in roughly 7–8 hours. The optional 10A fast charger brings that down to about 3 hours.
Range and top-speed figures are measured with a 75 ± 5 kg (165 ± 11 lb) load, riding at a constant 25 km/h (15 mph). Real-world performance will vary based on terrain, rider weight, riding style, and weather conditions.
Every XTRON ships with a mechanical emergency key that activates Safe Mode — a manual override built into the scooter so that a breakdown doesn't leave you stranded at the side of the road.
If a fault outside the battery, controller, or motor stops the scooter from starting normally, the emergency key will get it moving again. Faults in those three core components can't be overridden and need service.
Most riders will never need the key. It exists for the one scenario where a rider is genuinely stuck a long way from home.
For everyday riding, unlock XTRON with the included NFC key or the YUME Mobility App. The mechanical emergency key is a get-home function, not a daily one — speed and power are deliberately limited, and the underlying fault still needs to be diagnosed, so reach out to YUME support once you're off the road.
