  • Processing time: 1-3 working days
  • Shipping time: 3~7 working days

4. Shipping Regions:

    • USA regions : Delivery is available throughout the United States except for the following areas which we cannot deliver to: (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands).
    • EU regions : Delivery is available throughout the EU land areas except for the following areas which we cannot deliver to: (Greenland and the Faroe Islands, Åland Islands, French overseas territories, Baxedes in Greece, Campione d’Italia, Livigno,Canary Islands and Ceuta + Melilla, Malta, Cyprus).
    • CA regionsDelivery is available throughout the Canada areas.
    • AUS regionsDelivery is available throughout the Australia areas.
5. Delivery Terms

-We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@yumescooter.com

-If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

FAQs: 

Can my scooter get delivered on the weekend?

As much as we would like that, no delivery companies work on weekends. 

Will my signature be required upon delivery?

Absolutely. Your scooter is way too valuable to be left at the doorstep unattended. If you would like to change that (if you have concierge), you can contact the carrier directly once you receive the tracking number from us, and make the necessary arrangements. Most of them will agree to leave the package at your own risk.

 

 

We always strive to provide the very best reliable shipping service and hope our products arrive at their destinations on time. However, the delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance, public holidays, bad weather, airline strikes etc. Nevertheless, our shipping service will always keep you updated on the shipping status of your order.
